Four Worlds Bakery mills its own flour, and bakes fresh bread, croissants and bagels.

Buttercream's Owner Kate Carrara is a former attorney, who quit her job in July, 2009, deciding it was way more fun to be"the Cupcake Lady" than "the Deposition Lady." Since the truck formally launched in August, 2009, it has been a roller coaster of nonstop trial and error. Lots of triumphs. Just as many mistakes and sorrows. But we wouldn't change it for anything! 

Buttercream uses only real ingredients like fresh cream butter, dark chocolate and whole eggs.

Buttercream believes that a well-made treat should be part of any balanced diet. Everything in moderation, including moderation.
